Deborah Hilson
Early Years:
At and early age of 7 years I was fascinated with art. My favorite pass time every day was to sketch, design and make beautiful clothes for my dolls. This led to my inspiration to create dolls.
"IMAGINATION" Dolls:
In the year 2009.I created a line of dolls that I call "IMAGINATION". This was the perfect avenue to display my artistic ideas and clothing designs. The dolls don't have faces because, it is a unique way for the potential customer or collector to visualize themselves, family member, etc., as the doll.
Doll Collection Lines:
* The Entertainers-are dolls that resemble the performer.
*The Motherland-are dolls that have an African ethic flair.
*Angels- are dolls that represent a sentimental, or a holiday a memorable keepsake.
Fabulous Hats- are dolls with unique fancy hats
Accomplishments:
In 2016 I was chosen as the "featured artist" for the well known Annie Ruth's annual awards event Dada Rafeke.
In 2017 I created the "IMAGINATION" Dolls customers and collector's Appreciation group. This group is currently active. It provides customers with special promotion rewards and discounts on doll orders a couple times a year.
